MULTIBOX

A versatile and proven enclosure system designed for use in a broad range of applications. MULTIBOX enclosures are available in many sizes and designs.
The mounting elements which are inserted into the reinforced recesses provided in both enclosure halves, are designed to allow for both external mounting of the enclosure and for internal installation of C-rails providing mounting for all types of heavy instrumentation. The equipment weight is transferred directly to the mounting support.

Minibox Instrument Box

The MINIBOX is perfectly suited for direct mounting at the root valve. This partial enclosure has been designed specifically to protect the transmitter head and the electronics from overheating from the process medium.
This enclosure is suitable for compact instrument hook-ups and direct (close-coupled) mounting of transmitters. The enclosure can be installed vertically or horizontally. Its hinges allow clear access to the installed equipment from all sides. This compact enclosure can make installations very cost effective. Dimensions: 21.8 x 30 x 38.8 cm (21 liters).

Unibox Instrument Box

Impulse lines can penetrate the flat bottom part of the horizontally split UNIBOX from all directions. Perfect access to the instrument when the cover is open.
The enclosures of the UNIBOX series have been designed in  two-parts with  a  straight,  horizontal  parting  line  between  the  upper  and  the lower  part.  This  type  of  construction  allows   for   maximum accessibility   during   installation   or   maintenance  of  differential pressure  transmitters  and  the  associated  manifolds.  The removable or  hinged  lid  allows  cable entries from the front, rear, sides or bottom.

The UNIBOX enclosure series is a two-part, horizontally split enclosure system specifically designed for the installation and maintenance of differential pressure transmitters and associated manifolds. This design allows optimal access to equipment and facilitates easy cable entry.

INTERTEC has developed a versatile mounting plate with pre-punched holes to mount manifolds and transmitters.
This two-part enclosure is split diagonally, offering clear and easy access to installed equipment for maintenance. It is suitable for rear or bottom tube/cable entry. There are six sizes from approx. 27 to 277 liters, each of which may be installed vertically or horizontally. For individual requirements, the variant DIABOX VARIO can be flexibly adapted.

BASIC Series INTERTEC Instrument Protection Boxes and Products

INTERTEC cabinets and shelters are made in sandwich design with inner and outer layers of very strong GRP (or other material) and an insulating soft core of closed-cell PU-foam. This construction ensures high static strength. A range of small high-quality cabinets.
All INTERTEC advantages also apply to small, standardized cabinets, provided no increased demands are made on the stability of the cabinet. For individual specifications, the BASIC VARIO variant can be flexibly adapted.

CLASSIC Series INTERTEC Instrument Protection Cases and Products

The integrally mounted, infinitely adjustable C-rail mounting system or the UNISTRUT allow for installation of customer equipment. The weight of the equipment is transferred directly to support posts made of high-strength pultruded glassfibre reinforced polyester (550 Mpa).
The CLASSIC construction is a proven system with the unique C-rail concept. Here, the weight of the fixtures is transferred to the corner posts made of high-strength pulltruded profiles. Thanks to the proven sandwich construction of GRP and rigid polyurethane foam core, this series also features very good thermal insulation.
CLASSIC solutions are individually scalable - from non-walk-in cabinets to manned shelters. Each wall element can also be designed as a door.

ARCTIC SHELTER

The sandwich elements of the ARCTIC series are manufactured on modern CNC machines with millimeter precision and are suitable for use in moderate climate as well as in extreme temperatures. All dimensions as well as the thickness of the insulation can be chosen individually. The possibilities for individual designs are almost unlimited.

An individual design is created in the INTERTEC 3D CAD system based on parameterized models. The post-processing software converts it into a CNC program so it can be adapted to the exact requirement profile of the respective application. A very versatile system suited for even the most difficult specifications.
