The EM 524 series ice detectors are intelligent control devices developed for snow and ice melting systems. These detectors, integrated with moisture and temperature sensors, ensure that heating systems activate only when necessary, optimizing energy efficiency.

Both EM 524 89 and EM 524 90 models have similar functionalities, but the EM 524 90 version offers independent dual-zone control. With its LCD screen and twin LED indicators, it allows users to monitor each zone separately. When frost risk is detected, the system automatically activates heating, preventing ice formation.

This device is compliant with EN 60703 standards and can be easily mounted on a DIN rail. It is ideal for industrial and commercial applications, providing automatic temperature control for energy savings and safety.
