3M™ Glass Cloth Electrical Tape 79 is a 7-mil woven insulating glass cloth tape with an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. It provides electrical insulation and mechanical protection at temperatures up to 150 °C (302 °F). It is ideal for applications such as coil covering, banding, anchoring, and layer insulation. The tape is conformable, printable, and exhibits excellent resin/varnish absorption.
